You are not alone! Some of this has to do with the browser you are using and your internet settings.
AOL users in particular seem to have the most difficulty viewing current, updated web pages.
For some reason, the AOL browser has a time delay in refreshing or accessing servers for the latest web page content. For most browsers hitting your 'refresh' button or the F5 key will usually do the trick and bring up the most current page, however, with AOL it's all dependent on whether AOL has accessed the servers. Most browsers are continually accessing servers for current content, but not AOL. This is a much talked about common complaint among the AOL users!
A quick fix is to do the following:
Sign on to AOL so that you have an internet connection. Minimize AOL and open up your Internet Explorer browser (most computers have IE pre-loaded). Navigate to the WSGA website in IE and see if the changes show up.
